   This is my weight tracker page. When I first started this blog I weighed 220 lbs. I then weighed myself on July 17th weighing in at 234 lbs. So this is my Weight Tracker.

WT- 234  +14 lbs. really hit me and started working on it at this point instead of making excuses for myself.

Week 2 - July 31st 
WT-228 -6 lbs.

Week 3 - Aug 07th
WT-225  -3 lbs.

Week 4 - Aug 12th
WT-222  -3 lbs. 

Week 5 - Aug 19th
WT-221  -1 lb.

Week 6 - Aug 26th
WT-221  -0 lbs. (not really sure other than I didn't do a lot of exercising.) 

Week 7 - Sept. 2nd
WT-219.8  -2 lbs.

Week 8 - Sept. 9th
WT-216.8  -3 lbs.

Week 9 - Sept. 16th
WT-216.6  -0.2 lbs 

Week 10 - Sept. 26th
WT-215.8  -0.8 lbs 

Week 11 - Oct. 3rd  
WT-214.8  -1 lb.

Week 12 - Oct. 10th
WT-216.8  +2 lbs.

Week 13 - Oct. 17th
WT-214.8  -2 lbs.

Week 14 - Oct. 24th
WT-14.8  -1 lb.  - 20 lb loss!!!!
