Chicken Quesadilla


Prep/cook time 20 min. 

Canned chunk Chicken
Green Peppers
Onion
Sour Cream
Shredded Cheese Taco Blend
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 
Flour Tortilla 

Saute Onion and peppers, when they are done add chicken then add a little water and fajita seasoning (you can find an awesome recipe here for that). Let that cook for a minute. Take the tortilla shell and spray a new pan with cooking spray and heat to med-high,add shell, sour cream, cheese and chicken mix. Fold like a omelet and flip, let cook a few minutes and take off and enjoy!


                                                                                                            

Pizza in a Blanket


Fast Easy Family Favorite
15 min. prep
13 min. cook

1 package of Lean turkey sausage
1 small can of Mushrooms
natural pizza sauce
crescent rolls
pizza mozzarella & cheddar cheese (natural)
1/2 green pepper
1/2 onion

cook sausage half way through add peppers, mushrooms (drained), and onion cook until meat is done. Spread some sauce on crescent roll take a spoon full of meat mixture add to crescent roll and roll up, brush some melted butter on top and a little more sauce. Follow crescent roll instructions for cooking temp and time. 3 minutes before time is up add cheese. Then ENJOY!

Portobello Beefy Cheese Melt




This was heaven in my mouth.

1 pack Portobello Mushrooms
1lb Super lean ground Beef
1/2 package Philadelphia cream cheese 1/3 less fat
garlic powder
pepper
Onion
and Peppers
toast
Cheese of your choice (I used pepper jack)



Take the Portobello mushrooms cook them in the oven with 3 tablespoons of "I can't believe it's not butter" baked at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. While baking cook the super lean ground beef add garlic powder and pepper for seasoning, you will also want to sauté the peppers and onion at the same time (in a different pan). When the meat has cooked, if there is any grease drain it and put into a bowl, and add cream cheese, mix well. take the mushrooms out and add a spoon full of the meat mixture, top with the peppers and cheese. Put in oven long enough for cheese to melt. Toast your bread and add the mushroom burger and ENJOY!

(this would be a good dinner of lunch if you are planning a good work out)

Cheese Burger Cheesy Melt


This was so good. SOOOO Goood!!!

1 pack of Extra Lean Sirloin Patties
 wheat bread 
Havarti Cheese
Worcestershire sauce
K.C. Masterpiece BBQ Seasoning 
Onion
Tomato
Lettuce

Sprinkle the patties with the seasoning and Worcestershire sauce, Bake the patties at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes uncovered. When they are cooked to your liking pull them out of the oven and add toppings, add cheese last so it holds the other toppings on. Toast bread and place patties on top and ENJOY!!!! So easy and fast...

Apple Chop Delight


3 medium Cripps Pink Apples
Drizzle of Apple Cider Vinegar - spread evenly
Pork Chops 
Onion - add as much as you feel you want
2 pinches of Light Brown Sugar - spread evenly

I made enough for 5 people
Bake at 375 for an hour or until you feel it is done. I would check after 30 minutes and see if they are done. These turned out great, they had the perfect blend of sweet and sour.



                                                                                                                                                                   


Italian Lover



Pack of Beef Sirloin Patties (make sure they are lean)
add chopped onion (optional)
1 can of stewed tomatoes
1 jar of  super CHUNKY << :) mushroom spaghetti sauce (ragu)
1 slice per patty pepper jack cheese (or whatever cheese you want, but this is very good)

Bake in oven 350 for 30 to 50 minutes depending on your oven.
The Italian Lover with the peas added was only 529 calories

BBQ RED WINE VINEGAR CHICKEN

I made this Chicken tonight and it was amazing. Two chicken drums, green beans, sauteed mushrooms and onions. The whole meal was a total of 466 Calories. This was some of the best Chicken I have ever made.

OK, I like my chicken done. I'm very picky about how it is cooked. 
Set the oven to 375 I baked on one side for 30 minutes and 30 minutes on the other. I did keep the skin on.

I piled the green beans because I needed the extra calories.

If you do not have KC Masterpiece BBQ Seasoning you need to, It is the bees knees.

OK take your baking pan, sprinkle the KC over the one side (it is strong so don't over season).
Throw into the oven for 30 minutes, Take out of oven, flip and sprinkle again. Then the best part, I think is sprinkle with Red Wine Vinegar (next time I make this, I'm going to sprinkle both sides with this, just to see).
Throw in for another 30 minutes.


When your time is up pull it out and Enjoy.
