Weekly Weigh-in Sun(1)

I have had a great week! I feel so energized and refreshed, we have made it a fun family time going for walks and the girls love going to the cemetery
because they can ride their bikes and let loose. Me and Jason have also had a great time talking and exploring the graves after we are done walking. It is cool to see the ones from 1920's and before.

I have tracked my food everyday so far and have done good, I still refuse to eat things that are going to be unrealistic to me and my family so it has been great finding ways to make food that would normally be unhealthy, into a healthy meal. My only problem so far is potatoes, I can't seem to kick them but I love them and I have been craving them a lot the last two weeks. I guess if my body is craving it then give it what it wants?

I've been getting worried about Jason because he has been trying to lose and he just keeps gaining. I know his sleeping schedule is a problem and I'm hoping he can start dropping once he starts keeping track of his intake also. He has had his thyroid checked and it came back OK so who knows but it doesn't seem right with how much he is gaining in a short time.

Well I've had some really nice recipes I like and want to put on here but I will have to get them all together one night and post them.

OK now for the moment we have all been waiting for... Sunday weigh in 1 and I am at a..... 4 lbs. Loss! This is over two weeks so it was 2 lbs. a week not bad at all that is my goal so it seems to be working great!

I hope everyone has a great week and keep up the good work! Hard work does pay off....

10,000 Steps....

I DID IT! I finally made it to my 10,000 steps goal and man was it a killer but I felt AMAZING!

I have been trying to walk at least 4,000 steps at work and since I am the webmaster it is  hard to do.. But the boss (AKA my Dad) has given me the chore of feeding the sheep. I work at a used farm machinery place well here is a photo. The sheep's feeding area is all the way to the left bottom corner. ( behind the school house) It isn't that far of a walk from the office so I have been walking down the straight isle to the end (top left corner) and back around. Then the sheep like to hang out in the top right corner so I have been walking the complete circle just to go and check on them and make sure no coyotes have gotten any and they are all doing OK.

Here are some random pics from the walk.

So I have been able to clock 4,000 almost if not more doing that. Then I have been doing my cemetery walking but yesterday with the nice weather seemed everyone was doing it! So with my girls I had to find a new spot boo.... I love my cemetery! the girls can run and I don't have to worry about them bugging anyone and I can see them in all directions if they walked away but they seemed to stay with me very well. So I'm giving out a big boo hiss! but I'm glad to see everyone moving.

So it wasn't a total bust we went over to the park in town that you would think would have a gravel track but doesn't, but it is fenced in and I let the girls play while Jason and I walked around the perimeter. Oh my legs were killing me by the time we finished. However, it was a great workout! The ground was so uneven and in spots when you stepped down you would sink about a foot. We had fun though! We did 3 laps and that made the count a little over 8,000 we were going to do another lap but we promised the girls we would make homemade pizza and watch Hunger Games so I figured I could put in the 2,000 steps easy at home. I walked in circles for an hour and made it to 9,100 and the Pizza was done and the movie was going to start so I told Jason if I sit down now I will never get the last 900 steps so I threw my shoes on and walked down the hill to the end of our road and back up to the top and then back down to our house and as I stepped in the house I rounded 9,997 steps so as corny as it is I walked my last three steps to my Hubby to give him a big kiss!

He road my ass yesterday, I wanted to give up after the second lap but he just kept pushing me asking me how bad I wanted it... All I could think about was his surprise for when I do lose it, and how bad I wanted it! Hubs has only seen me in three dresses ever. I don't wear dresses. I am dying to fit into a dress and surprise him. I know if I put one on now he would say I look great but I want to feel that way! I want to feel when I put it on that I am the Belle of the ball, and feel Sexy... I so want to feel sexy for him again.

Something Like these... Oh I can't wait, dreams WILL come true!

Keepin on

Well I have been staying with my goals. My legs and abs have been killing me from the 30 day challenge but getting used to it. I've walked almost every night, I've walked 4 nights this week but I haven't been able to hit the 10,000 mark yet. It is pretty hard! I've been trying out new recipes but haven't had anything that has jumped out to me to really write about yet. I have logged my food everyday this week and love seeing it laid out in front of me and feeling like I have control over it.   Also a group of Ladies and I are all going to start a weight loss support group and my weigh in days will be changing to Sunday. I'm not 100% Happy about the day change but I think it will be OK.

I hope everyone has a great week, remember to get up and do something!

It's a new Day!

I first thought I was going to start this blog entry off with how disappointed I am in myself and how ashamed I am and call myself every name in the book, but I decided instead of doing that I'm going to tell myself how it is OK that I failed and instead of sitting and moping over it just continue. I wanted to tell myself I am worthy of a beautiful body and feeling healthy, I am worthy of being happy and strong. I have over come so many obstacles in the past year that as losing this weight is going to be hard and take a lot of time I can do it.. I can be all that I have set out to be! I quit smoking over a year ago I remember the date but I am so over it that I could care less when I did I just know that I DID, I have not had a soda in 7 months, I lost 20 pounds (so I know it is possible) and I was in my first 5K! Even though I have not lost the weight I wanted to I have made myself healthier so I can now focus on it more.

The 3 months I was not working out I was so depressed. Everything just seemed so dark, I thought I had nobody to turn to and the pressures of everyday life was really weighing on me. I never understood how someone could take their own life but for a moment I began to understand. But instead of hurting myself, I thought of my 4 reasons to live and just because I couldn't deal with the overwhelming feeling of drowning and not having any support I had to continue. I have never felt this depressed in my life! As I am sitting here typing this I am fighting back the tears as the details of that day are replaying in my head. I have never told anyone other than my Husband. I found a Support group for Police Officer Wives and I slowly began to crawl out, I have found some great support and sisters through them. Just having someone to talk to and understand everything I am going through has been amazing. I'm not 100% but I am 70%.

The reason I brought this up is because while I was working out I always felt great! I found myself being able to deal with stressful situations better, the overwhelming feeling was never around and if I felt any stress I knew as soon as I started sweating I would release every bit of it. I don't know why it has taken me 3 months to come to this realization but I'm glad I have.

So the Quest of the Chunky Mommy is back on! This time NOT ONE DAMN EXCUSE! One of my best friends and I have started this 30 day challenge so if you want to join feel free. It has turned itself into, 100 squats, 200 butt lifts, 200 crunches and 10 push ups a day. Yes you read that right 10 push ups lol. I'm also going to stop using the treadmill having convulsions as an excuse. Even though it is colder than crap outside I have decided since it wouldn't be a very good workout walking around town with all 3 girls I am going to take them to the cemetery and let them ride their bikes while I walk. I also have a step counter on my phone and I am going to try my hardest to get as close to 10,000 steps a day. I have to sit all day now since I am working on a website so I have decided every hour I will get up and walk for 5 minutes. I also need to do this because I have been having a lot of issues with my eyes and tail bone from sitting and staring at a computer so long.

So starting today I am weighing in at 224 lbs. That is a 10lbs weight loss since the beginning.

Weekly Weigh - In (um week 20)

I can really not even tell you how ashamed I am of myself this month. I haven't been eating horribly but I haven't put any effort into exercising and I have been eating things that I originally cut out of my diet. Since I have tried to defeat myself I've noticed my craving for soda is beginning to overtake me. I have to find a way to put that back behind me, I've worked too hard to start that again. I cannot believe I have gone this long without posting something. I've decided Christmas isn't going to overtake me the way I let Thanksgiving! So here is my Thursdays weigh in.....

That's 2.8 lbs.! I am really happy it was not 10 but I feel like I have gained 10.

So I have tried to create a schedule before to go by but I have not been able to due to extracurricular activities for the kids. Well I am taking a stand now! I love doing extra for my children and making my life revolve around everything they need, but they need me to be healthy and alive more than they need me to be present at every PTO meeting. They have Cheer on the weekends now, Girl Scouts on Wednesdays and Jasmine has her development counseling every other Thursday so my schedule has freed up a little and I am going to not let it get crazy again. So I will do any extra hours I need to do for work on the weekends and this is how I want my weekly exercising to work.

Monday: Cardio 1 hour or more
Tuesday: Cardio 1 hour or more
Wednesday: strength at least 35 minutes
Thursday: Cardio 1 hour or more
Friday: Strength 35 minutes
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Cardio 1 hour or more

Then I have to go back to not eating out. Only eat out on special occasions. Even if it is 8:00 at night and we have been busy and running around go home and make egg sandwiches or something, anything is better than fast food. I know for a fact the 19th we will be eating out because it is Joslynn's birthday and we are starting a tradition that we take only the birthday girl and eat out with her and take her to buy her present. We will also be doing it on the 30th for Jasmine's birthday.

Everything has been going very well. Yesterday we had a scare; I came home to find my dryer sparking, so we are very blessed to have not lost everything we own. Besides that everything is great for once. We have been blessed to have been able to afford Christmas presents for our children and I am looking forward to watching them open them.

Okay, this is for Desiree - On December 2nd Jason and I was driving his cousin Macey home. Well, he pulled up next to a Student driver and yelled out the window at the kid "You can do it!!!" Well I looked at him and said why are you never spontaneous like that when it's just me and you, he says "want to see spontaneous." We drop off Macey, drive to Meijer’s because he says we need to buy Pap ( his grandpa) a birthday present. We get out of the car and my ex-boyfriend Brandon walks up to us and him and Jason are talking we get in the store Jason says stay right here he finds an Isle and stops us in the middle and starts running around like a mad man. Brandon ask me what he is doing and I told him about the car thing and tell him he is trying to be spontaneous so who knows lol. Next thing you know all these people come walking up surrounding us and this lady says "Is he going to propose?" then it hit me! He dropped to one knee and popped the question. He says I took forever to answer but I just remember being frozen in shock! I had waited two years for that question and many of nights of me asking him for him to tell me it will happen.

It didn't hit me until the next day as to where it took place lol. I guess he had asked my mom and his granny for ideas as to where to ask me and they told him somewhere that means a lot to me and him, somewhere that is special to us. Okay, not saying I don't like the way it went down but every Friday we would go out to eat, go to the Drive-in Movie and them goof off at Meijer’s. So he chose our special place to be Meijer’s lol. The way I see it that must have been the place where he seen me for who I really was most the time. I don't know and I like the fact that it's not a normal Location.

Weekly Weigh in (week 17)

Well I didn't lose a lot but it was a loss 0.2 lbs. Jason Lost 2 lbs so I have to get to working really hard if I want to beat him. Granted he gained 3 the first week he lost 2 so he is catching up.

 212.6

Okay I said a few weeks ago I would post 20 lbs loss photos. So here they are!

20 lbs. difference. (I can fit into my wedding ring again and it is almost to big!)

It is hard for me to see a difference. I do, I see it looking at these photos in my breast and my posture. My clothes fit looser and my wrist are a little smaller. I'm also not swollen because of the soda anymore.

Well, I kind of stayed with my $100.00 dollar grocery goal I spent $107.45 I didn't do to bad I guess. So here is this weeks menu.

Monday - Curry Scallops & Cilantro Rice (maybe)
Tuesday – Healthified Chicken and Black Bean Burritos
Wednesday - Pork & Snap Pea Lo Mein
Thursday – Chili
Friday - Penne Pasta with Sweet Sausage and Basil Sauce
Saturday - Adobo Chicken
Sunday - Greek-Style Pork Chops

I am excited about Thanksgiving coming up I hope everyone has a great week, I know mine is going to be busy. I have to meet with Jasmine's Therapist, set up a bank account for my Girl Scout group, cheer, help at school and work so it will be full of fun times!

What is your favorite dish for Thanksgiving?

Weekly Weigh-In (week 15 and 16)

Howdy y’all! Sorry I have been missing for a few but I have been one busy lady! I've been having to do some stuff for the Fall Carnival for the girls school, they started cheer, stuff with girls scout and I had to work a lot of overtime last week (68 hour work week) to try and get the website finished and now we have decided to completely create a new one! I could scream!!!! So January is going to be a very busy month for me. Okay, at the beginning of October I gave myself the challenge of not eating out well I FAILED! We only ate out a few time so we did do much better, our grand total for last month was ...... drum roll please......$79.64! So as I failed not eating out at all, we did way better than September which was $268.28. So I am still proud of us we gave it a good effort. You can find that blog post here.

So I have created the dinner list for this week and it is as follows.
Monday- Shrimp, grits and Bacon.
Tuesday- Hungarian Beef Goulash
Wednesday- Baked Rigatoni
Thursday - Creamy Potato Soup
Friday- Greek Chicken Pita Folds
Saturday- Beef & Broccoli
Sunday- ?

This is my suggestions for our week granted Wednesday will probably be left overs and Friday also so it might change by pushing one down a day. My goal is No more than $100.00 this week on groceries.

Okay last week’s weigh in, here she is

214.0 - No loss or gain I'm Okay with that I guess.

1.2 lbs.! I like it!!! I also changed from the Black toe nails. I was going to keep them black as a jinx thing but with Christmas coming up I wanted to support the red, so hopefully this doesn't mess me up. So Jason and I have started a weight loss challenge. The first to hit 30 lbs. lost get to pick out new furniture! I want to win but at the same time I want him to more.

Well, it has been a stressful week with all the activities, and Jasmines diagnostics test results but I can't wait to get back on the 'Mill' and start working out again. I have to start an arm workout because my skin is starting to sag there the most and if I can't find a good one then I am going to have a lot of skin there when I lose the last 83 lbs. so if anyone knows some good ones I would love some feedback, I don't want huge arms just toned as much as I will be able to.

Weekly Weigh-In (Week 14)

I DID IT!!!!!!! I have made it to a loss of 20 lbs. I am so excited! I would love to hire a photographer and take comparison photos but, I mean really, I will never be able to afford that. So as soon as I can I will post a comparison picture. I really didn't think I would have a loss this week, I checked a few days ago and it did not look good. All in all I am so happy especially losing with not being able to exercise on my foot... About that, I was able to put on my shoe today and I even didn't have my compression sock on. It hurts still but not nearly as bad. Instead of hurting when I step (it still does just not as bad) it hurts when I don't have pressure on it now.

I've done over 50 hours of work this week along with planning HELPING (sorry I have to emphasize, long story) plan the Fall Festival. I'm not one to toot my own horn but TOOT, TOOT, TOOT!!! I have in one month with cash donations and gifts for door prizes, raised a good portion of money... I'm not saying I'm awesome well, OK I am (just playin) ;) !!! I am a great supporter if I'm given a chance, I love planning stuff and organizing things (other than my home lol). I was always scared to go to PTO meetings because I felt judgment (not saying this has changed) but then I realized even though I may be looked down on because I don't have as much money as someone else (which makes me laugh at how uneducated people are about me) I don't live in a nice house, I don't dress as nice, I don't have the right name, whatever it may be? I really do not know but one thing I have learned about this quest is I cannot keep living like that, I cannot let others and their discrimination's dictate my life anymore! So I have been helping with the PTO because I want to be supportive of my children and the school and to make me feel better about myself and for NO other reason! I really think the reason I have had this much success thus far is because I decided to stop letting people belittle me and I have taken front seat in my life, I am now the driver. That has been the hardest part for me. Believe me, nobody likes a backseat driver so take over, kick them out and great things will come your way.

My life has changed so much; I love the person I am becoming. I have stepped out into the world and I am no longer hiding behind a layer of shame. I have never let people bully me or anyone around me until a few years ago. I started caring what people thought and always wanted to please everyone but me. I've noticed now I still want people to like me but I'm not going to go out of my way to make that happen and I know who I want to like me now. I have become a Girl Scout assistant leader (as if I already didn't have enough to do) and I am trying to find my religion again, I have to say that trying to find that again has been pretty fun. Me and my sister in-law have been church hopping and it is very interesting the different people we have met.

So with this being National Bullying Prevention Month this is my opinion on it. I have met a few people this year that have really made me feel like crap and I have just allowed myself to succumb to their behavior. I feel as adults and parents we need to make sure we are teaching our children to respect everyone! At least until they no longer deserve your respect. If they dishonor you enough to no longer be respected then we need to show our children that even though we may not like them as a person, we still need to treat them like one. I am just flabbergasted by how many parents I have come in contact with that still to this day bully people. And in the next breath question why the world is the way it is. We need to teach the children to honor every word that comes out of their mouths. Although most adults do not do this. Change always started with one person. I'm not saying I'm perfect as a parent I have many faults but I like to believe my children treat others good. Again mine too are not perfect but that's the thing, they will never know how to treat people if I don't show them the right way.

I know this doesn't seem to be on the weight loss subject but really when you think about it, it is to me. This is part of my Quest; I am growing as a person/ mother/ wife every single second of every single day. I'm happy because I know that my children are proud of me. Well I hope I haven't bored you to bad today. So in closing... Have a wonderful week and remember be BRAVE!!!!!!!

First Weight-Loss Injury

Well I figured I would come out of the 5K with my body hurting but I wasn't prepared for a foot injury.

Look at my big toe; I swear I thought it was going to bust open.

My foot is huge!!! It doesn't really look like it in the photo but it was killing me after work today. Luckily I was able to keep it up most of the day. I went to the doctors yesterday and I have a sprain. I noticed my foot hurt during and after the 5K but I just thought it was part of the rest of my body screaming at me. On my way to take my brother home it was really hard for me to put pressure on it enough to push the pedal down but again I thought it was just my body being in pain. It was sore the rest of the night. The next morning I woke up and when I went to step down I had a very sharp pain right where the bruise is in the picture. Well we went to the Black Walnut Festival to try and sell the Walnuts the girls collected so they could buy Ice Cream.... Well the buyer wasn't there, I'm not going to lie I was kind of excited because it meant I got to go home faster but I felt really bad for them so we went to the store and got them Ice Cream. They did such a wonderful job!

That’s not even a dent in my yard!

After the football game I had Jason take me to the doctor. They did X-rays and everything looked good, they said I have a Sprain and I have to stay off of it for 5 days and wear a boot. If by the 6th day it isn't better than I have to go back in. So here's to a speedy recovery... I hope!

Weekly Weigh-In (week 13) / First 5K

I did it! I lost that unwanted 2 lbs I am happy!

Now, moving on to my first 5K.

Well I just got done 2 hours ago and as I am sitting here typing this, I am trying to fall asleep. So here it is, the day started off rainy and cold so I was worried about the 5K but it stopped raining and the sky turned blue. It was freezing though but I had a good amount of layers on so I was good!

They lined everyone up according to runners, walkers, and how fast you usually go. Jason was with me and he said the game plan was we would run right off the bat, < Hahahaha he is so funny! Well we did and sure as shit I was done before half a mile. From there on he tried to get me to run but I was dying for water! And of course all my demons were keeping me from doing it. Around a mile and a half (I believe) I finally talked Jason into Running. He was being so supportive but I didn't want him to be held back walking slowly with me when he is a runner. So he finally went and I love watching him run!

By a mile my shins were killing me! I wanted to cry, I believe I may have. Then at just under a mile in a half I started having really bad Heart Palpitations.  This has been happening for a little over a month now and as I write this it is happening. But I have never felt them like that before, it scared me but I told myself come hell or high water I am finishing this thing even if I drop dead of a heart attack! Once I rounded the half way marker and started heading back a huge relief hit me. I wasn't sure if it was the fact that I was about to be handed water or that soon enough I would be back and I could finally pick the wedgie that was driving me CRAZY!!!!!!! I also noticed my shoes felt so loose, so I'm thinking my feet have shrunk a little because my shoes felt like they was slipping the whole time.

I finished in 196th place over all out of 250 people, 18th in my age range, gun time 55:39 with an average mile time of 17:53 mile. I was surprised by the 17:53 because I usually average a 22:00 minute mile, so I shaved some time off!

All in all besides my feet killing me and my lungs (finally starting to feel better), it was a great time!!!!

I was so proud of myself! I started crying before the race on our way there because I never would have seen myself doing anything like this in my life, Ever! I have overcome so much this past year trying to better my life and it been one HELL OF A RIDE!!!!!

Weekly Weigh-In (week 12)

Well lets just get it out there... I gained this week yes GAINED!

Err a 2 lb gain!
I was sitting here all day Thursday trying to figure out what went wrong, I was telling Jason I don't understand what the problem was I stayed on track! Well for all the reasons people get married, he looks at me and does his job as a husband and says "Jenn, don't get mad but you really haven't stayed on track this week." I said “Yes I did and started going over everything I ate." He starts giggling and says “You also had Apple Pie with ice cream and Cookie's and cream birthday cake." I had totally over looked these things. I don't EVER (well not ever but it is very few and far between) eat sweets so I didn't even think about it being a big deal. I was so wrong! I even looked at my logging for the week and I added the Apple Pie for one day but nothing else. I know I ate another piece but must have decided I didn't need to log it. I know I shouldn't beat myself up for it but I am very disappointed in myself. I have not been as dedicated as I need to be. The one thing I keep telling myself that these are the struggles we go through when trying to change our lives this way. That it isn't an easy road and we will struggle more than anything. However, I know I have got to overcome these burdens and get back into the game. So thanks to Jason for being truthful and opening my eyes to the truth and making me see I wasn't doing what I was telling myself I was doing.

Now, the first week of not eating out and so far so good! We have not eaten out once this week. So I am doing well on that front. I have to really work my butt off this week because this coming Saturday is going to be my first 5K!

I hope everyone has a great day!

Family Freaky Fridays!

OCTOBER!!!!!!! I am in love with October! Ever since the girls were little we started Family Freaky Friday's. Every Friday night we will sit at home and watch scary movies, the kids TV channels usually will have 13 nights of Halloween so when the girls were younger we would watch those movies Goosebumps etc.. Well (I know some may not agree) we are up grading! My oldest loves scary movies and she has been watching Scream etc. since last year but now they all want to join in. I am so excited! I remember when I was 5 sitting in the living room with my brother watching Nightmare on Elm, Halloween, Chucky, Friday the 13th, etc... And it was always a competition to see who could sit the longest without getting scared enough to run into our parent’s room. (I won more times than not) This is what Halloween is to me. Its scary movies, haunted houses, corn mazes, pumpkins, just great time scary fun! It is my favorite Holiday! So last nights movies, we watched all the Screams they're Jasmine's favorite. She is even being Ghost Face for Halloween.

The hubs made an awesome apple pie last night for our snack with the movies.

It was so good!

October is filled with so much fun and new things for my family this year. Next Wednesday will be 12 weeks Soda free for me! I am so proud of myself! I never would have thought I would quit drinking pop, ever! I am really shocked at myself; I really thought I would run to sweet tea and down it all day. But I didn't, I drink water all day and one cup of coffee.

Now I have been looking at our finances and trying to create a budget (I suck at going by a budget, but I am good at saving money when I need to). We have been so set in our ways of let's just go and get something fast to eat instead of making dinner that I have noticed Jason is gaining weight fast! He would kill me for writing this but it's the truth. I have found a way to be able to eat out and still eat healthy as healthy as you can when you eat out but he doesn't. So we have decided this month we will eat only at home. Here is a break down in June 2013 (before I really began my new lifestyle) we spent $352.09 eating out! That is crazy!!!!! That is a car payment!!! I was so surprised at this, it makes me so sick! September 2013 (2 months into the new lifestyle) we have spent $268.28 eating out. This still shocks me, I really felt I was cooking more since I started but looking at it I see where Jason grabs lunch a lot and I do on Fridays. So out goal this month is to eat out not one time this month. However on the 14th and the 29 the PTO is having fundraisers for the school and its restaurant night out so we will have to order the girls something but he and I cannot eat from there. So out of the $268.28 dollars we spent last month we should only spend maybe $30.00 this month. We shall see and I promise to be 100% truthful about it.

This month is going to be so much fun! Haunted Houses, trick-or-treating (tonight at Hueston Woods State park) Kings Island Fear Fest, Pumpkin patches oh I am so excited!!!!!!

Weigh In (Week 11)

So sorry for not writing I have been in a lot of the pain the past few days. This is all way to much information but here we go. I went to the doctor and he said I have some disorder I cannot even pronounce. So here is what’s going on basically my food is being processed through my small colon but once it hits the large colon it swells up and creates a lot of pressure making it feel like something is wedged under my rib. This is also causing constipation which SUCKS! He gave me some medication to try and help me to have more regular bowl movements if it doesn't then I will have to have more test. It worries me because a lot of my mom's side of the family has died from stomach cancer. I'm still in a lot of pain, but I have to fight it off and get back to it.

So for the weigh in.... I am down 1 lb.!

Wow look at my toe nails, I need to fix that lol.

Nice I have made it under 215, it seemed I was stuck and couldn't move from there. I was really scared about it because on Tuesday I had weighed myself and it said 217, I was really scared but it ended up being a great one. Well I don't really have a lot to say I need to get up and move some so keep up the good work everyone!!!

One question for everyone... Do you like Fitness Pal or Spark People better and why?

Weigh in (week 10)

Well, well who has been an extreme blogging slacker? Well of course that would be this girl. Sorry I haven’t written until now but the hubs had the whole weekend off so I was spending it with him because we don't know when we will get one again. Okay let’s get going, I so forgot to weigh myself Tuesday to see how I had did, but I did remember Thursday and here it is....
Not as much as I wanted but still something... I did however workout a lot more last week than I thought I would be able to. I cannot wait to run tonight, I did not get a chance to last night because we was helping my grandma move into her new house of which I am so jealous of, it is a very cute house. Now let’s move on to the kitty cat. She is so cute it is crazy. Jason and the girls named her Prissy and it fits her perfectly. She was having issues learning how to use her cat litter box but I soon realized it was because it was too tall, so I went and got her a new one and now she will go all by herself and I don't have to put her in it. Although she would come and meow at me to let me know she had to go, so she is super smart.

She had a great time with me on Stay-cation this past week; I hope she doesn't get lonely with me being back at work all day.

She is definitely a hoot. I got the girls signed up for girl scouts again and cheerleading. I knew Joslynn wanted to be a cheerleader but I was for sure I would have been able to talk Jasmine into swim team, diving team, or Ice Hockey but she went with cheerleading also, this bums me but it's her decision. I'm still going to push diving on her I think lol...

I kept my niece Raelynn (a.k.a. B Rae) Friday night and she had the pukes, I felt so bad for her I can't stand to see little ones sick. Joslynn got it last night so all day today for me will be cleaning to try and avoid that mess. I do have to go and see a doctor this week though, for some reason every time I eat the left side of my back, below my shoulder blade, begins to hurt very bad, it eventually spreads across my whole back. It almost feels like a rib is poking my lung or something, or something is wedged between my ribs. I don’t know.

On another note IT'S FALL!!!! I am so excited!! Today it is rainy and cold and I swear there is almost nothing better than that. It makes you want to snuggle up to a fire and eat soup and drink something warm, and read a good book. I love it; I am in love with it! Jason and I have been trying to grow our board games now that the girls are all pretty much old enough to understand them. What was your favorite board game as a kid?

Here is a photo of my new hair color… I like it but I think I want to go a little darker next time.

Stay strong everyone!! Until next time……
